This Privacy Policy explains how ElevateHome.ai ("ElevateHome," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our AI direct-mail marketing platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to all users of our website, applications, and APIs.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
a. Information you provide directly. When you create an account, subscribe, or configure a campaign, we collect: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, contractor license number and state, service categories, target ZIP codes, targeting filters, postcard copy and branding you configure, and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers).
b. Information collected automatically. When you use our Services, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, actions taken within the platform, and session timestamps. We use standard cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember preferences.
c. Property and address data. To build target-address lists for your campaigns, we retrieve property records from third-party providers (currently PropertyRadar and Google Maps). These records include property addresses, owner-occupancy status, lot size, year built, estimated home value, pool presence, and similar publicly-recorded attributes. We do not collect information about the individual residents beyond what appears in public property records.
d. Satellite imagery. We fetch aerial satellite tiles for target addresses from Google Static Maps API to generate the AI-rendered postcard visuals. These tiles show the exterior of the property from above.
e. Affiliate / referral data. If you sign up through a referral link, we record the referring agency so we can attribute your subscription and pay commission correctly.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
- Process subscriptions and payments.
- Build target-address lists for your campaigns.
- Generate AI-rendered postcards and mail them via our USPS-authorized printing partner.
- Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and product updates.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Pay affiliate commissions where applicable.
3. How We Share Information
We share information with:
- Service providers. Stripe (payments), Lob (postcard printing and USPS mailing), PropertyRadar (property data), Google (maps and geocoding), OpenAI (AI rendering), and our email/hosting providers. Each provider is contractually bound to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Affiliates / referring agencies. If you signed up through a referral link, we share aggregate account status and subscription-tier information with the referring agency so they can see their commission activity. We do not share your account password, payment details, or the contents of your campaigns.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If ElevateHome is acquired, merges with another company, or transfers assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Direct Mail Recipients
The postcards we mail are sent to residential addresses selected by you through the targeting filters in the Services. Recipient addresses come from public property-tax and parcel records via our data provider. We do not collect additional information about the individuals who live at these addresses beyond what those records contain. Any homeowner who wishes to be removed from mailings sent through our platform may email support@elevatehome.ai with the subject "Opt-out request" — we will add them to our suppression list within 10 business days and no further postcards will be sent to that address through ElevateHome.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and campaign information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you cancel your account, most account-associated data is deleted or anonymized within 12 months, except: (a) transactional records required for accounting and tax purposes; (b) suppression-list entries which are kept indefinitely to honor opt-outs.
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit, encrypted storage where appropriate, access controls, and periodic security review. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email support@elevatehome.ai. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).
EU/UK residents (GDPR). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. We rely on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, and consent as our legal bases for processing, depending on the activity. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of essential cookies and browser-local-storage entries to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and provide the Services. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide appropriate notice or consent mechanisms where required.
10. International Users
Our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from your home country. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or through the Services. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
